The room was reasonably spacious and it had a walk-in shower, a drier, and bath sheets, that's cool. The staff was pleasant and amicable. Its location was favourable, near to stores.

My room included coffee and tea making equipment, a seating area, and ironing facilities. The a handy kitchenette was also a good solution for mornings:)))

Our room was big size, with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. Could cook our own meals in a handy kitchenette. The location turned out to be particularly good and awesome, right by stores.

The staff was very polite, they were always available. Location: the hotel was not far from stores. Dined at Bigos Bistro, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located with everything close by. Room/bathroom are clean with decent breakfast options at the on-site coffee bar. The hotel provides free water and fruits. The guests are greeted with a friendly attitude.

The hotel could improve on its pet policy to have designated floors or areas for pets to avoid unpleasant smells and allergies that may make some guests uncomfortable.

Enjoyed my time here. The hotel was fairly clean with great and wonderful staff on night shift. Had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave in my queen suite. The location was awesome, not too far away from Galleria Mall Cinemas.
